Mindful Meditation and Stress Reduction

Starting at 12 p.m. Staying healthy during stressful times can be difficult but skills like mindful meditation can provide a healthy pause for focus in daily life. This presentation will discuss the health and wellness benefits of mindful meditation and provide examples of stress relieving activities that can be used anytime.
