The Small Steps to Health and Wealth (TM) (SSHW) program is available in "bite-sized pieces" in a series of 26 colorful newsletters that are designed for workplace wellness programs. They are part of a larger workplace wellness program sponsored by the Family and Community Health Sciences department of Rutgers Cooperative Extension. The newsletter series includes an introductory newsletter and a newsletter for each of the 25 SSHW behavior change strategies. Each newsletter includes a synopsis of a SSHW behavior change strategy, inspirational quotes, a Deskercise (exercise at or near your desk) activity, one or more worksheets, and online resource links.
