Farm Sales

The NJAES Animal Care Program, in conjunction with several Department of Animal Sciences undergraduate classes, has been developing direct-marketing programs of farm products for the past year. Student groups have been tasked with developing and initiating direct-marketing programs for animal products produced on the Cook campus farm. These programs include the sale of pork, goat meat, beef and lamb as well as composted manure to the SEBS community.

The student groups have been actively involved with every aspect of the production of these products. All of the meat products have been processed under USDA inspection. The products are available for sale to the SEBS community. The proceeds from the sales directly support the NJAES Animal Farm's mission to provide teaching, research and outreach on animal science and agriculture.

Below are the sales flyer/order forms developed by students in these classes. To place an order, fill out the apporpriate form below and send it to farmsales@njaes.rutgers.edu.

Orders can be picked up Monday thru Friday from 3:30 to 5 PM, Saturdays from 10 AM - 1 PM or by arrangement. Orders are picked up at the Old Meats Lab on Sheepfold Lane, off of College Farm Road, near the Cattle Handling Facility. Additional details and information will be provided via email.
