¼ Mixed Herb Pesto (see our recipe and video on this)
½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Sprinkle of salt & pepper
Preparation Steps
Place 3 quarts water in stockpot, add 1 Tablespoon salt if desired, bring to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.
Brown sausage in skillet with 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil over medium heat. Add peppers, onions & garlic then saute 8 minutes on medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian Seasoning (or seasonings of your choice).
