Ingredients
- 1 can crab meat
- 1 Tablespoon self-rising flour
- 1 egg
- Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon dried or 1 teaspoon fresh parsley flakes
- 2 generous Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 Tablespoons butter
Preparation Steps
- Open the can of crab meat and place it in a medium mixing bowl. Use aa spoon to separate the crab meat.
- Add the flour, egg, 4 shakes of Worcestershire sauce, parsley, mayonnaise and mustard. Mix together with a fork until well blended. Shape crab mixture into cakes.
- Heat a skillet, melt butter over medium heat then cook the crab cakes on both side suntil they are browned.
- Enjoy NJ Crab Cakes as part of your meal.
