Controlling Asthma is a three-part presentation available in both English and Spanish. Part I, "What is Asthma?," tells what asthma is, and how it makes breathing difficult. Part II, "Asthma Trigger Management," discusses some of the more common triggers that set of asthma attacks, and how to control them. Part III, "Behaviors--It's All About Attitude" deals with our attitude about this disease, our role and responsibility in keeping asthma under control, and what we should expect from our doctor. With proper medications and management, nearly every patient with asthma should be able to lead a normal life. Spanish translation by Claudia Garcia del Puerto, M.D.
