Avoid Computer Fatigue

Computer fatigue can make a person sluggish and tired. When working in front of a computer for long periods of time it is important to take short fitness breaks whenever possible. A 3-5 minute break taken every hour can help you maintain attentiveness to your work. Walking a total of 30 minutes each day at work, dividing the time between breaks and lunch can go a long way to improving your overall health.

Brief periods of exercise throughout the day will help you burn calories, increase your circulation, increase your oxygen, increase your stamina, and improve your concentration. Always check with your physician before beginning any new exercise routine.
