Epsilon Sigma Phi (ESP) is the national honorary society for Cooperative Extension professionals. ESP is dedicated to fostering standards of excellence in the Extension System and developing the Extension profession and professional.

Epsilon Sigma Phi leads the Extension system in providing and facilitating professional development that focuses on the Extension organization and the Extension professional. 

ESP brings together Extension faculty and professional staff from all disciplines. With an increased emphasis
on collaboration and partnerships, ESP creates an excellent opportunity to build innovative programming alongside of colleagues who add depth, and understand the needs of a diverse clientele. Working across disciplines allows one to expand programming, resources, and professional networks. Joining ESP is the perfect way to accomplish these things. 

The Alpha Xi Chapter represents the membership from New Jersey and those active or life members employed by Rutgers Cooperative Extension and who have been initiated into the fraternity.
