Drought Resources

New Jersey has been experiencing dry conditions in most areas of the state this year. To date, no drought has been declared by New Jersey’s Department of Environmental Protection. This site includes information developed by Rutgers New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station (NJAES) Cooperative Extension along with links to other information sources that we feel may be important to you as you seek to better understand and respond to dry conditions. This site will augment the localized information available from your Rutgers Cooperative Extension county office. Our focus is primarily on efficient water use and management for commercial agriculture, the home, and the home and commercial landscape.
